The first 10 years of my 25-year career were extremely turbulent. At the age of 21, I founded my first company, inspired by an idea during gardening, and developed a mobile device for patients, doctors, and nursing staff in hospitals. As a pioneer in the market, I not only patented and certified (EN60601) this technological product but also developed my company into a 7-figure annual business and one of the leading providers of point of care solutions in the German healthcare market. In collaboration with renowned IT companies such as Deutsche Telekom, Panasonic and Cisco, we implemented Germany's first paperless hospital in Berlin in 2007 and also enabled patients in quarantine units to access the internet and educational resources.
I proudly consider the establishment of my company, the development of my brand, and the product development and production—along with planning and implementing a sales strategy—as my personal "university."

The product has received multiple national innovation and design awards, and both my company and entrepreneurial achievements were honored by the Federal Minister of Economics and the President of Germany.

Over the past 15 years, I have driven the successful market entry and expansion for renowned international Health- and Tech companies up to double-digit million USD-business in numerous countries, building and leading teams while introducing innovative products and solutions into new markets – in some regions, even achieving market leadership. It wasn't just experience, networking, and creativity that propelled me forward, but above all, emotional intelligence and empathy towards employees and partners. My actions are always focused on the developed company-strategy, sustainability and stability – the foundation of my daily work.
